New Home for the Blind Family பார்வையற்ற குடும்பத்திற்கு புதிய வீடு අන්ධ පවුලට නව නිවසක් .....

Welimada Divisional Secretary Chaminda Weerasinghe has donated a new house for a blind family living in Nugatalawa, Jamanarangaswatta, Welimada. வெலிமடா பிரதேச செயலாளர் சமிந்த வீரசிங்க வெலிமடாவின் ஜமநாரங்கஸ்வட்டா, நுகாடலவாவில் வசிக்கும் பார்வையற்ற குடும்பத்திற்காக புதிய வீட்டை வழங்கியுள்ளார்.

The new house was built for Mrs. Alima Begum's family. புதிய வீடு திருமதி அலிமா பேகமின் குடும்பத்திற்காக கட்டப்பட்டது. அவளுடைய எஜமானரும் பார்வையற்றவர் Her master is also blind. Provision was made by the Uva Provincial Department of Social Services to build a permanent house for the blind couple who were living in their families without a permanent residence.நிரந்தர வதிவிடமின்றி தங்கள் குடும்பங்களில் வசித்து வரும் இந்த பார்வையற்றோருக்கு நிரந்தர வீடு கட்டுவதற்கு உவா மாகாண சமூக சேவைகள் திணைக்களம் ஏற்பாடு செய்தது.   The amount of money given to the Uva Provincial Department of Social Services for the construction of this house was Rs. Two hundred and fifty thousand. The house was built with the help of donors in the area.இந்த வீட்டை நிர்மாணிக்க உவா மாகாண சமூக சேவைகள் திணைக்களம் ஒதுக்கிய தொகை ரூ. அப்பகுதியில் நன்கொடையாளர்களின் உதவியுடன் இந்த வீடு கட்டப்பட்டது

Welimada Divisional Secretary Chaminda Weerasinghe said that the family would be provided with self-employment, assistance through the Divisional Secretariat and the access road to the newly built house would be completed soon.

குடும்பத்திற்கு சுய வேலைவாய்ப்பு, பிரதேச செயலகம் மூலம் உதவி, புதிதாக கட்டப்பட்ட வீட்டிற்கு அணுகல் சாலை ஆகியவை விரைவில் வழங்கப்படும் என்று வெலிமாடா பிரதேச செயலாளர் சமிந்த வீரசிங்க தெரிவித்தார்.

මෙලෙස නව නිවස ඉදිකර දෙනු ලැබුවේ අලීමා බෙගම් මහත්මියගේ පවුල සදහාය. ඇගේ ස්වාමියාද අන්ධ පුද්ගලයෙකි. පදිංචිය සදහා ස්ථිර නිවසක් නොමැතිව සිය පවුලේ ඥාති නිවෙස් වල ජීවත් වු මෙම දෙනෙත් අන්ධ යුවල සදහා ස්ථිර නිවසක් ඉදිකර දිම සදහා ප්‍රතිපාදන ලබා දෙන ලද්දේ ඌව පළාත් සමාජ සේවා දේපාර්තමේන්තුව මගිනි. මෙම නිවස ඉදිකිරීම සදහා ඌව පළාත් සමාජ සේවා දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව සදහා ලබා දී තිබු මුදල රුපියල් දෙලක්ෂ පනස් දාහකි. ප්‍රදේශයේ පරිත්‍යාගශිලින්ගේද සහය ඇතිව රුපියල් ලක්ෂ පහක් පමණ වටිනාකමකින් යුත් මෙම නව නිවස ඉදිකර තිබින

ඉදිරියේදී මෙම පවුලට ස්වයං රැකියාවක් ආරම්භ කිරීමටද ප්‍රාදේශිය ලේකම් කාර්යාලය හරහා සියළු සහයන් ලබා දිමට හා මෙම ඉදිකල නිවස සදහා පිවිසුම් මාර්ගයද නිසි ලෙස සකස් කර දිමට කටයුතු කරන බවත් වැලිමඩ ප්‍රාදේශිය ලේකම් චමින්ද විරසිංහ මහතා මේ අවස්තාවට එක් වෙමින් පැවසීය.

මෙම නව නිවස අලිමා බෙගම්ගේ පවුල සදහා ලබා දිමේ අවස්තාවට වැලිමඩ ප්‍රාදේශිය ලේකම් චමින්ද විරසිංහ , වැලිමඩ ප්‍රාදේශිය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ සමාජ සේවා නිළධාරිනි ඊ.කේ.එන්.එස්. කුමාරි , පාඑගම ඇල්ල වසමේ සමෘද්ධි සංවර්ධන නිළධාරි ආර්.එම්. චන්ද්‍රකාන්ති රාජපක්ෂ , ග්‍රාම නිළධාරි යූ.ජී.ඒ. සදමාලි මහත්මිය ඇතුඑ වැලිමඩ ප්‍රාදේශිය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයට අනුයුක්ත රාජ්‍ය නිළධාරින් පිරිසක් හා ප්‍රදේශවාසින් පිරිසක්ද එක්ව සිටියහ.

Under the first phase, arrangements have been made to select one Grama Niladhari Division from each Divisional Secretariat Division in the country and make it a pilot project. The families currently receiving Samurdhi assistance will be identified separately as empowered families and non-empowered families and then the empowered families will be empowered based on their economic, social, environmental and legal factors.

This program is conducted in the Badulla District by the Badulla District Samurdhi Director W.M. Under the guidance and guidance of Mr. C. Wijaya Bandara, a pilot program has been launched in 15 selected Grama Niladhari Divisions in 15 Divisional Secretariat Divisions in the Badulla District.

A program was held at Welimada to educate the public on child protection and the creation of a happy family with a view to creating a better society. குழந்தைகள் பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் ஒரு சிறந்த சமுதாயத்தை உருவாக்கும் நோக்கில் மகிழ்ச்சியான குடும்பத்தை உருவாக்குதல் குறித்து பொதுமக்களுக்கு அறிவுறுத்துவதற்காக வெலிமடாவில் ஒரு நிகழ்ச்சி நடைபெற்றது.යහපත් සමාජයක් බිහි කිරීමේ අරමුණ ඇතිව ළමා ආරක්ෂාව හා සතුටින් පිරීගිය පවුලක් නිර්මාණය කිරීම පිළිබද ජනතාව දැණුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් පසුගියදා ( 2019 ක් වු ඔක්තොම්බර් 09 දා ) වැලිමඩ දී පැවැත්වින.
